3.6.7 Reading the laser diode hardware limit (LIMCP)

3.6.8 Laser diode current (ILD)
Programming:
Syntax: ":ILD:SET <NR3>"
Valid Range: Depends on the instrument type.
Default Value: 0 A
Assumption: The operation mode is switched to constant current.
Description: Sets the laser diode current. Unit: [A].
Reading the set current:
Syntax: ":ILD:SET?"
Response: [:ILD:SET <NR3>]
Description: Queries the programmed laser diode current. Unit: [A].
Reading the minimum current:
Syntax: ":ILD:MIN?"
Response: [:ILD:MIN <NR3>]
Description: Queries the minimum allowed laser diode current. Unit: [A].
Reading the maximum current:
Syntax: ":ILD:MAX?"
