3.4.3 Querying the error queue
Syntax: ":SYST:ERR?"
Response: [0, "No Error"]
Description: Queries the error queue of the ITC5xx. The reply consists of the
following sequence: <Error No.>, "<Error text>". If the error queue is
empty: [0, "No error"]is given.

3.4.4 Averaging rate
Programming:
Syntax: ":SYST:OSR <NR1>"
Valid Range: 0..7
Default Value: 5
Description: Sets the ITC5xx averaging rate (see table below).
Reading:
Syntax: ":SYST:OSR?"
Response: [<NR1>]
Description: Queries the averaging rate.
