8. Tap Wireless LAN icon.
9. Select "DS-(serial number of your instrument)"
and press [Connect] to start communication.
• Connection status of Wireless communication is
displayed as follows.
: Connecting
The more bars are displayed as
the signal level is stronger.
: Canceling connection
• Even if a connection is not established yet, the
paired device status sometimes looks as if it is
already done. Be sure to check if connection is
really established before actually starting
communication with the paired device.
• When DHCP server function is used, Wireless
LAN communication can be disconnected near
the boundary of communication range, some
device OS may assign itself an IP address which
is different from the original IP address assigned
by the DHCP server. This function is Automatic
Private IP Addressing. Reconnection between
the DS and the device may not be established
properly using the Auto IP. Return to the position
where the communication was performed
properly, and try to establish a connection again.
