6.Carefullyslidethemotorcoverontotherotoruntilitcontactsthemotor
housing.Securethecoverwiththe6torx-headscrews.
7.Ensurethattherotorrotatesbeforecontinuingwithmotorassembly.
8.Placethewavewasherintothehousingborefortheoutputgearbearing.
9.Ensurethattheoutputgearareaofthemotorhousinghascleangrease
remaininginhousing.Ifgreasewascleanedfromhousing,install15mlof
newNLGIgrade00greaseintothehousingduringmotorassembly.
10.Slidetheoutputgearassembly(items11,14,and12inFigure119)intothe
frontofthehousing.Ensurethattheoutputgearteethmeshwiththerotor
gear.

(refertoDielectricGel(page2–15))andinstalltheO-ringsintothegrooves
inthegearboxcover.
IMPORTANT
Ensurethatyoudonotdamagetheshaftsealwheninstallingthe
gearboxcover.
13.Carefullyslidethegearboxcoverontotheoutputgearshaftuntilitcontacts
themotorhousing.Securethecoverwiththe6torx-headscrews.
14.Torqueallthetorx-headscrews(item9inFigure119)onthegearboxcover
andmotorcoverto4to5N∙m(35to45in-lb).
