5.Pullthereelclutchshaftassemblyfromthetransmissionhousing.

IMPORTANT
Whenremovingtheexcoupler(item10inFigure48)fromtheclutch
shaft,donotdamagetheoutersurfaceofthecoupler(e.g.,grasping
withpliersormountinginvise)ascouplermaybedamagedand
failprematurely.
1.Supporttheexcouplertopreventitfrombeingdamagedduringthespring
pinremoval.Pushthespringpinfromtheexcouplerandbearingcollar
(item15inFigure48).Slidethecouplerwithhexshaftfromthecollar.
Discardthespringpinthatwasremoved.
