shaft.Discardthebearingthatwasremoved.
3.Carefullyremovetheretainingring(item23inFigure48)thatsecuresthe
reelbrakedisctothereeldrivehub.
Note:Donotdamagethebrakediscfrictionmaterialwhenremovingthe
retainingring.
4.Removethereelbrakediscfromthereeldrivehub,notetheorientationof
thediscforassemblypurposes.Thefrictionmaterialsideofthediscneeds
tobepositionedtowardthereelbrakering(item2inFigure48)whichis
pressedintothetransmissionhousing.
5.Slidethereelclutchhub(item20inFigure48)andreelclutchforkassembly
fromthereeldrivehub.Forassemblypurposes,notethecorrectorientation
oftheindicatormarkonthefork.Ifnecessary,removethepivotpinsand
separatetheforkfromthehub.
