completelydischargedbyacertiedA/Cservicetechnician.
4.HaverefrigerantevacuatedfromairconditioningsystembyacertiedA/C
servicetechnician.
5.Disconnectbothevaporatorcoreswivelttingsfromfrontportsofexpansion
valve.Immediatelycaptubesandexpansionvalveportstopreventmoisture
andcontaminantsfromenteringthesystem.Positionexpansionvalvewith
attachedhosesawayfromthemixingbox.
6.Labelheaterhosesforassemblypurposes.Loosenhoseclampsand
disconnectbothheaterhosesfromtubesonheatercore.
7.Removemixingboxcover:
A.Carefullyuseasmallpry−bartoraiseheadofpinincenterofeachrivet
thatsecuresmixingboxcover.
B.Liftrivetsfromcoverandmixingbox.
C.Removemixingboxcover.
