FuelTankInstallation
1.Ifremoved,installstandpipes,ventelbow,bushingsandfuelsenderinto
fueltank(Figure19).
2.Slidethefueltankinfromtheleftsideofthemachine.
3.Positiontankholddown(item24)tofueltankandmachineframe.Secure
holddownwithtwo(2)angeheadscrewsandlocknuts.
4.Routefuelsupplyandreturnhosesunderclampsintopoftank.
5.Usinglabelsplacedduringtankremoval,correctlyconnectfuelhosestothe
fuelsupplystandpipe,fuelreturnstandpipeandthefueltankventelbow
tting.Securehoseswithhoseclamps.
6.Connectthefuelsendertothemachinewireharness.
7.Positionttingcovertofueltankandsecurewiththree(3)sockethead
screws.
8.Installthefrontleftwheeltothemachine(seeWheels(page7–3)).
9.Addfueltothetankandprimethefuelsystem(seePrimetheFuelSystem
(page4–18)).Checkthefuelsystemforleaksbeforereturningthemachine
toservice.
