8. Remove the bolt, washer, and nut that retain the fuel
tank bracket to the frame. They are located under
the right rear of the fuel tank (Fig. 039).

9. Remove the bolt, washer, and nut that retain the fuel
tank bracket to the frame. They are located under
the left rear of the fuel tank (Fig. 040).

10. Remove the fuel tank from the frame (Fig. 041).

7. Remove the front bolt, spacer, washer, and nut that
secure the fuel tank bracket to the frame (Fig. 038).
