board and PLG board and H-Sync detection PC board open circuited or any connector
disconnected?

YES  Replace the harness. Reconnect the connector.

Is the harness between the PLG and SYS boards open-circuited or the connector
disconnected?

YES  Replace the harness. Reconnect the connector.
NO
