8.3.15 Error in Internet FAX / Scanning Function
Notes:
1. When initializing the Electronic Filing (Setting Mode, all data in the Electronic Filing are
erased. Back up the data in the Electronic Filing by using the Electronic Filing Function
of TopAccess before the initialization.
2. When initializing the shared folder, all data in the shared folder are erased. Back up the
data in the shared folder by using Explorer before the initialization.
3. When formatting the HDD, all data in the shared folder, Electronic Filing, Address
Book, template, etc. are erased. Back up these data before the initialization. Note that
some of data cannot be backed up refer to  P.9-11 "9.2.3 Precautions and procedures
when replacing the HDD" for the details.

Setting
Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in error again.
If the error still occurs, first, check if there are no jobs existing and then
perform the HDD formatting ([5] + [C] + [POWER] -> 3 -> 1).

When there are running jobs, perform the job in error again after the
completion of the running jobs.
If the error still occurs, turn the power OFF and then back ON, and perform
the job again.
