AUDIOCODES
MEDIANT1000 PRI
This section is for setting up an AudioCodes Mediant 1000 as a PRI
gateway.
This is for MP1K release 5.8 or later.
LOGIN The AudioCodes Mediant 1000 defaults:
• IP address: 10.1.10.10
• Username: Admin
• Password: Admin
BASIC CONFIGURATION Power up the Mediant 1000 and connect the NIC to a hub, switch or
network.
4. Using a PC connected to the hub, switch or network launch a internet
browser such as Windows Explorer.
5. Enter the IP address of the Mediant 1000
6. Login to the Mediant 1000.
7. Select Configure > Network Settings > IP Settings
Set IP Address in single IP settings
Upgrade software to
5.8.xxxx
Select Management > Software Update > Software Upgrade Wizard
1. Click on Start Software Upgrade.
2. Select 5.8 CMP file. Click on Next.
3. Select the Toshiba provided INI file.
