4. In the load cmp file dialog box click on the Browse button. Navigate
to the INI file loaded from the Toshiba FYI web site. Ensure that the
following files are in the folder with the INI file.
usa_tones_13.dat
usa_tones_13.ini
MP11x-02-1-FXS_16KHZ.dat
5. Click on the Send File button.
6. When the upgrade is complete go the the Media Settings section.
DOWNLOAD INI FILE The INI files available on the Toshiba FYI website contain the basic
AudioCodes gateway configuration for use with an IPedge system.
File Download Login to the FYI website. Locate the INI file(s) needed for your
installation. Download the file(s) to your PC.
Load INI file to the
Gateway
1. Login to the AudioCodes gateway.
2. Select Management > Configuration File.
3. Click on the Browse button. Navigate to the file downloaded from the
FYI website.
4. Click on the Load INI File button.
5. The AudioCodes gateway will reset after the INI file uploads.
6. Login to the gateway.
MP118 MEDIA SETTINGS 1. Login to the MP118.
2. Click on the Full radio button.
DTMF and Dialing 3. Select Protocol Configuration > Protocol Definition > Dtmf &
Dialing.
4. Set Max Digits In Phone Num = 11
Set Interdigit = 2 (set this higher if it times out while users are dialing)
Set Declare RFC 2833 in SDP = Yes
Set 1st tx DTMF Opt = RFC2833
5. Click on the Submit button.
Proxy & Registration 6. Select Protocol Configuration > Protocol Definition > Proxies &
Registration.
Set Use default proxy group = Yes
Set Proxy Name = the IP address of the IPedge server
Set Redundancy mode = Homing
7. Click on the Submit button.
Proxy Sets Table 8. Select Protocol Configuration > Protocol Definition > Proxy Sets
Table.
9. In the the Proxy Address table enter the IP address of the IPedge
server in position one.
10. Set the Transport Type = UDP.
11. Click on Submit.
