EM SERVER DISK DRIVE
REPLACEMENT
The IPedge EM server ships with two Hard Disk Drives (HDD) in a RAID 1
configuration. In the event of a HDD failure the failed drive can be
replaced without data loss or server down-time. The procedure below has
the steps to replace then, rebuild the failed HDD.
1. Login to Enterprise Manager
2. In Enterprise Manager select Application > Webmin. The Webmin
information screen will appear.
3. In the Webmin screen select IPedge > RAID then, click on the Status
tab.
4. Ensure that the Volume status is Enabled and Volume state is
Degraded.
Important! If other conditions were displayed, please call Tech-
Support.
5. Click on the Display tab. Check the Target on ID number.
