Server Based Call Manager Upgrade Installation

After clicking install, the following progress bar is shown to indicate the
progress of the file upload to the server.
When the upload is completed, the following screen displays. Please use
the default value for all the settings. Click Install to start installing the Call
Manager software upgrade to the server.
After the successful installation, the following screen will be shown. Then
the user starts the Call Manager next time, the user will be prompted to
install the newer version. The user can proceed or cancel the upgrade.
