This function is used to adjust the scale when an analog meter is installed to monitor the output
frequency or current.
This adjustment is done in the same manner as the parameter setting and
display function, except that
the meter indicator
amplitude changes, instead of the LED display, when the

keys are pressed.
The
value indicated by the meter is adjusted to match the LED display, and is adjusted while running.
