Release the three fixings and re-
move the front panel from the fuel
tank.

Remove the front fixings for the
fuel tank.

Pivot the fuel tank upwards at the
front. While holding the fuel tank in
the raised position, locate the fuel
tank support into the support
points on the air box and the fuel
tank.

Lowering the Fuel Tank
To lower the fuel tank:
While holding the fuel tank, remove
the fuel tank support and lower the
fuel tank. Refit the front fixings and
tighten to 4 Nm.
Refit the front panel and tighten
the fixings to 2 Nm.
Securely fit the fuel tank support to
its location on the seat.
Refit the seat (see page 70).
