The ALL layout is designed for more generic use at airports: it contains instant, 2‑minute,
and 10‑minute averages and extremes, as well as the crosswind/headwind components.

Row 3 Wind direction variation
HW/CW In the upper box, head/tailwind, and in the bottom one crosswind. These refer to
the runway direction shown on the wind rose, period (2‑minute or 10‑minute)
according to the respective average on the left.
