PROCEdURE 8. CLEAN THE PRINTHEAd BY USING PAPER
In some instances when the printhead is producing irregular printouts, you can clean the printhead by
wetting a piece of paper with a cleaning agent and then running the paper through the printer. If this
procedure is successful, it is not necessary to disassemble the console in order to access the printhead
directly.

1. Place a charged battery into the console, and then press the Power button.
2. Open the paper roll door.
3. On the console, on the Main Configuration screen, press the RUN button. The console is now in
standard operating mode.
