Sort by
Tap to sort by the column to the left of this button. Tap a second time to
reverse the sort order (e.g., 3-2-1 instead of 1-2-3).

ID filter
Enter a sequence of characters to filter the list of records so that only those
records whose IDs contain the sequence are displayed.

Last Name filter
Enter a sequence of characters to filter the list of records so that only those
patients whose last names contain the sequence are displayed.

First Name filter
Enter a sequence of characters to filter the list of records so that only those
patients whose first names contain the sequence are displayed.

Select Record checkbox
Tap to select a record. Once the record is selected, you can edit it by tapping
the Open Record button (#6), or delete it by tapping the Delete button (#7).
Note: Only one record can be selected at a time.

Open Record button
To open a new patient record, tap this button when no existing records are
selected.
To open an existing patient record for editing, select the checkbox of the
record (#5), and then tap this button.

Delete selected record
Tap to delete the selected record (see #5).

List of patient records
The list of patient records that match the filter settings.
Tap a row to open the patient record.
