By turning the knob clockwise as far as it will go,
only steam will exit the hot water dispenser.

When the machine is cool (pressure below 0,6 bar)
the delivery of hot water is not active.
17.4 Hot water delivery
t Place the cup under the hot water nozzle;
t press the hot water key
, and wait for the delivery
of water;
t to stop delivery in advance, press the hot water key
, again.
17.5 Regulation of the hot water temperature
To change the temperature of the output hot water,
proceed as follows:
t remove the grilles and the drain tub (9);
t rotate the knob (A):
- to increase the temperature turn clockwise
- to decrease the temperature turn counter-
clockwise

17.6 Steam delivery
Immerge the steam nozzle into the liquid to be
heated and operate the tap knob (5), by turning it
horizontally: the steam coming out of the nozzle (7) will
be proportional to the opening of the tap.
If the knob is released, it will return to the o position,
stopping the delivery.
By moving the knob vertically, it is possible to lock it
in the constant on position, in order to have a continuous
delivery of steam.
To stop the out ow of steam through the nozzle,
manually return the knob to the OFF status, disengaging
it from the on position.

To obtain optimal foaming, it is recommended to
observe the following simple rules:
t heat only the amount of milk you intend to use, once
heated, it will have to be completely poured from the
jug and not heated again ;
t the milk to be foamed must have a starting tempera-
ture of 4°C;
