ALARM CAUSE SOLUTION
AUTOSTEAMER SENSOR
t Autosteamer temperature probe disconnected.
t Autosteamer probe in short circuit.
t Autosteamer probe overheating.
Check for proper connection of the autosteamer probe and
replace it if necessary.
STEAM BOILER HEATING
TIMEOUT
t Service boiler heating circuit disconnected.
t Heating element protection thermostat open.
t Fuse F7 burned.
Check steam boiler heating circuit and replace burned compo-
nents if necessary.
HEATING TIMEOUT GROUP ON
GROUP #
t Heating circuit group on group disconnected.
t Group heating element interrupted.
t Safety thermostat open.
t Fuse(s) F6- F5 burned.
Check heating circuit group : Group heating element; Safety
thermostat, related fuse and triac in the control unit; main
switch; phase connection for 380 V version.
if necessary replace the defective components.
HEATING OUT OF SERVICE
GROUP ON GROUP #
t Heating circuit group on group disconnected.
t Group heating element interrupted
t Safety thermostat open.
t Fuse(s) F6- F5 burned.
Check heating circuit group : Group heating element; Safety
thermostat, related fuse and triac in the control unit; main
switch; phase connection for 380 V version.
if necessary replace the defective components.
COFFEE WATER HEATING
TIMEOUT ON GROUP #
t Water boiler heating circuit on group disconnected.
t Group water boiler heating element interrupted.
t Safety thermostat open.
t Fuse(s) F2 - F3 - F8 - F9 burned.
Check water boiler heating on group: heating element; safety
thermostat, related fuse and triac in the control unit; main
switch; phase connection for 380 V version.
if necessary replace the defective components.
COFFEE WATER HEATING OUT OF
SERVICE ON GROUP #
t Water boiler heating circuit on group disconnected.
t Group water boiler heating element interrupted.
t Safety thermostat open.
t Fuse(s) F2 - F3 - F8 - F9 burned.
Check water boiler heating on group: heating element; safety
thermostat, related fuse and triac in the control unit; main
switch; phase connection for 380 V version.
if necessary replace the defective components.
FILLING TIMEOUT
FIRST INSTALLATION.
t The service boiler has not completed the filling
within the maximum time (255 seconds).
t The level probe does not detect the presence of
water.
Check hydraulic circuit for service boiler water lling:
t Check that there is actually
water in the mains water supply.
t Check lling solenoid valve / pump lter
t Check fuse F3 on control unit.
FILLING TIMEOUT
IN OPERATION.
t The service boiler has not completed the filling
within the maximum time (90 seconds).
Check hydraulic circuit for service boiler water lling:
t Check that there is actually
water in the mains water supply.
t Check lling solenoid valve / pump lter
t Check fuse F3 on control unit.
SAFETY LEVEL
The water in the service boiler has dropped below the
minimum level.
Check for correct connection of the minimum level probe.
COFFEE WATER PRESSURE ON
GROUP #
The service boiler has not reached the lling pressure
within the maximum time (60 seconds).
Check coee boiler hydraulic circuit:
t Check that there is actually water in the mains water supply.
t Check solenoid valve / pump lter.
t Check volumetric dosing device (lter input / 0.5mm gigler
output).
VOLUMETRIC DOSING DEVICE
The volumetric dosing device does not perform water
count.
t Check the volumetric dosing device connection.
t Check that there is actually water in the mains water supply.
t Check pump lter / volumetric dosing device lter.
t Check 1 mm group gigler.
t Check 0.5 mm volumetric dosing device gigler.
