To delete a file:

If Send from Folder is not enabled, contact your system administrator. For details, see the System Administrator

In the touch screen file list, touch the file to be deleted.

Touch Delete twice.

In the touch screen file list, touch the desired file.

Touch File Details.

Touch Change File Name.3.
Using the touch screen keyboard, enter the new name.4.
Touch Save, then touch Close.

If Job Flow Sheets have been created, touch Job Flow Settings. The Job Flow Sheet currently linked to the
folder is displayed.
