Sending a Server Fax
Load the original on the document glass or in the document feeder.
1.
On the control panel, touch Services Home.2.
Touch Fax.3.
Enter the number using the alphanumeric keypad, then touch Add.4.
Touch New Recipients, enter the number using the touch screen keyboard, touch Add, then touch Close.5.
To use a number previously stored in the Address Book:

Adjust fax options if necessary. For details, see Selecting Fax Options.

Press the green Start button. The printer scans the pages and transmits the fax document when all pages
have been scanned.

Touch Address Book.
Touch the arrows to scroll through the list.
Touch the desired address.
Touch Add, then touch Close.
