Professional Finisher with Booklet Maker
The Professional Finisher is equipped with a Booklet Maker and provides a wide range
of finishing options.
• The Right Top Tray is used for stacked output and can receive up to 500 sheets of
paper.
• The Stacker Tray is used for offset and/or stapled output and can hold up to 3000
sheets.
• Both trays can be used for hole-punched output (optional).
• Multi-position stapling is available for both coated and uncoated paper, up to a
maximum of 50 sheets.
Loading Staples for the
Advanced/Professional Finishers
This procedure explains how to remove an empty staple cartridge from the Advanced
Finisher or Professional Finisher and replace it with a new staple cartridge.
When the finisher is installed and it is time to replace the staple cartridge, a message
will appear on the UI. When the message appears, replace the staple cartridge with a
new one.
1. To gain access to the staple cartridge, make sure the machine has stopped and
open the front door.
