Adding an Individual Entry
A total of 1000 speed dial entries can be stored in the printer.
To store multiple recipients in one speed dial entry, store the recipients as a group entry. For details, see
Adding a Group on page 159.
To add an individual speed dial entry:
1. Press the Services Home button, then touch Fax.
2. Touch Address Book.
3. Touch the Down arrow, then touch Individuals.
4. Touch an available Speed Dial entry, using the scroll arrows if necessary.
5. Assign a name to the entry:
a. Touch the Entry Name field, then use the touch screen keyboard to type the name.
b. Touch Save.
6. Assign a fax number to the entry:
a. Touch the Fax Number field.
b. Use the alphanumeric keypad to enter the number:
Note: If the fax number requires characters such as a Dial Pause, touch Dialing Characters to enter
the characters, then touch Save.
7. Set the starting rate:
a. Under Starting Rate, touch one of the following:
 Super G3
 G3
 Forced
b. Touch the corresponding speed at the bottom of the screen.
c. Select a rate from the drop-down menu, using the Up and Down arrows to scroll if necessary.
