Setting Email Options
You can change the following email settings:
 File Name
 File Format
 Message
 Reply To
To change the email options:
1. Load the original on the document glass or in the document feeder.
2. Press the Services Home button, then touch E-mail.
3. To change any of the scan settings, use the options at the bottom of the touch screen:
 Output Color
 2-Sided Scanning
 Original Type
 Scan Presets

4. Touch the E-mail Options tab.
5. Change the file name:
a. Touch File Name.
b. On the File Name screen, use the touch screen keyboard to delete or modify the default text.
c. Touch Save.
6. Change the file format:
a. Touch File Format.
b. On the File Format screen, select one of the following options:
 PDF
 PDF/A
 XPS
 Multi-Page TIFF
 TIFF (1 File per Page)
 JPEG (1 File per Page)
c. For PDF, PDF/A, or XPS, select one of the following options:
 Image Only
 Searchable
d. For the searchable option, touch Document Language, then select a language from the
drop-down menu.
e. Touch Save.
