simply restarting the printer.
Minimizing Ink Usage
To save ink, leave the printer turned on at all times. For more information about minimizing ink usage, go
to the Xerox Support website for your printer model:

Restarting the Printer
You can use Quick Restart or the power switch to restart the printer. Quick Restart is faster because it
reinitializes the printer without turning it off.
To restart the printer using Quick Restart:
1. Close the printer doors.
2. If menus are visible on the control panel, press the Power Saver button. If the control panel is dark,
press the Power Saver button twice.
3. Touch Quick Restart > Restart.
4. If the restart process does not begin within 30 seconds, restart the printer using the power switch.
