To assist you, the Welcome Center needs the following information:
 The nature of the problem.
 The serial number of the printer.
 The fault code.
 The name and location of your company.
Locating the Serial Number
To contact Xerox for assistance, you need the printer serial number. The serial number is on the left side
of the printer frame behind Tray 2. The serial number also appears on the control panel. Press the
Machine Status button to view the serial number on the control panel.
