CIS. Release the CIS in the direction of
the arrow, Figure 10.

13. Remove the Belt Clip with a screwdriver to
release the Scanner Belt, Figure 11.

Note: Take note of the position of the notch to
ensure correct replacement when fitting the
Scanner Belt into the Carriage.
14.Remove the CIS shaft, 3 screws, then the
Scan Motor Assembly, Figure 12.

15.Remove the Spring then the Idle Bracket
in the direction of the arrow, Figure 13.
