09-290 Print Quality Information RAP
09-290 The machine has detected a toner supply error, toner sensor error or drum lock error.
Procedure
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. This RAP is for information only. If the machine can not resolve the fault, a relevant fault
code will be displayed.
09-300 Drum Warning RAP
09-300 The xerographic module is near the end of the design life. The design life is 55,000
(4150) or 80,000 (4250/4260) print pages.
Procedure
