6.2 Trouble Shooting
If you need to contact our support, inform us of module number labeled on the product, module or
product revision and other information displayed on the detail device information.

6.2.1 Alarm
When an error of the converter or sensors are detected, the error’s diagnostic information is
displayed on Home/Main screen.
According to the icons dened in NAMUR NE107*,
one of , , , (for sensor errors , , , ) lights on upon detection of each alarm.
To know the description of alarms, tap them shown on the screen.
To know the solution to the problem, tap the description.

You can change alarm status in “alarm setting”. See 4.8 Error settings
Alarms are displayed according to the error status described here. There may be some other
alarms which are not to be congured in “Error settings.”

6.2.2 Fuse
FLXA402T is protected by fuse which provides overcurrent protection of inner circuit.
When you replace a fuse, be sure to power o, remove wires and shield cover.
For information on fuse position, see “Name and Description” of IM 12A01G01-02EN.
If a fuse blows soon after the replacement, contact your nearest Yokogawa service center
6.2.3 Mounting hardware, Sun shade hood
After purchasing the product, you might need to purchase some optional parts, including
mounting hardware or sun shade hood, because of relocation of installation site etc.
