Cyclic call distribution
Call distribution is the same as in the linear variant except that each new call is first
signalled in each case to the next member in the row.

Delayed Calls to Subgroups
The members of the member group element can also be subdivided into a main
group and a subgroup (UG subgroup as of member setting).
The subgroup is called according to the set call distribution:
If call distribution is set on global, the subgroup rings once the configured delay
time has elapsed.
If call distribution is set on linear or cyclic, the subgroup rings once the config-
ured forwarding time has elapsed after the call has been ringing at the last
member of the main group.
The members of the subgroup are always called according to the global call distri-
bution.
