15. Create the configuration data for the controller station:
• Right-click on the AC500 and select Create Configuration Data.
16. Create the safety configuration data for the controller station:
• Right-click on the AC500_S and select Create Safety Configuration Data.
17. Create a program that controls the drive:
• Double-click the AC500. This opens the PLC program in the CoDeSys programming
tool.
18. Create a safety program that controls the FSPS-21 via PROFIsafe:
• Double-click the AC500_S. This opens the safety PLC program in the CoDeSys
programming tool.
Note:
If you do not have a complete safety program, you must at least implement watchdog
toggling and operator acknowledgement according to application requirements to
be able to acknowledge the STO.
