If the oil plug filling is not open when the oil
dispenser is working, there is a risk of
damaging vital parts in the gearbox!

Start sucking the oil out from the gearbox
with the oil ejector equipment.

Used oil is hazardous material and must be
disposed of in a safe way. See section De-
commissioning on page 371 for more inform-
ation.

There will be some oil left in the gearbox
after draining.

Tightening torque:
• Oil plug filling: 24 Nm
• Oil plug draining: 3 Nm
Refit the oil plugs.
Note
Before refitting the oil plug in the gearbox,
always replace the oil plug gasket with a
new gasket. If not there is a risk of leakage.
