Alarm Notification
This page provides the ability to assign specific alarms to specific SNMP trap location, email
addresses, alarm relays (if present), and phone numbers. Clicking on a particular position will allow the
configuration. Note the SNMP trap tests use the SNMP assignments from this screen. Following is a
sample screen.
UDE Notification
The Pulsar Edge has the ability to create customized alarm events through a programming feature
called User Define Events. Events that are programmed have the same configurable alarm parameters
that show up and can be modified under the UDE Notification link. A sample screen is below.
Alarm Cut Off
This feature is reserved for a future implementation of an audible alarm.
TL1
The Pulsar Edge has the ability to interface using the TL1 protocol. This screen allows the respective
TL1 variables to be configured. A sample screen is below
