Operation1: This is used to Off/On the operation of step 1.
StartCurr1: This is used to set operate current level for step 1 given in % of IBase.
CurveType1: Selection of time characteristic for step 1. Definite time delay and
different types of inverse time characteristics are available according to Table
19.
