Selector mini switch (VSGAPC) function can generate pulsed or steady commands
(by setting the Mode parameter). When pulsed commands are generated, the length
of the pulse can be set using the tPulse parameter. Also, being accessible on the
single line diagram (SLD), this function block has two control modes (settable
through CtlModel): Dir Norm and SBO Enh.

Generic communication function for Double Point indication (DPGAPC) function
block is used to send double point position indication to other systems, equipment
or functions in the substation through IEC 61850-8-1 or other communication
protocols. It is especially intended to be used in the interlocking station-wide
