OPR.HD Sets the Operate hold function.
This instrument has the Operate hold function for a long-term test
or a test system that is not connected with a host computer so that
the output does not need to be turned on manually at recovery
from a power failure.
OFF: Starts up with the output set to OFF (output OFF) at power
ON.
ON: Starts up with the output set to ON (output ON) at power
ON.
CAUTION:
1. When a power failure occurs or the instrument is turned off in the
output ON status, the output will be set to ON automatically at
power ON if the Operate hold function is set to ON.
Usually set the Operate hold function to OFF for safety.
2. To stop the output from turning on at power ON, press any key
while the OPERATE indicator is blinking.
SWEEP Sets the sweep source mode operations.
START Sets the sweep start value.
STOP Sets the sweep stop value.
STEP Sets the sweep step value.
BIAS Sets the bias value (source value before sweep start).
RTB Specifies whether the source value returns to the bias value or
stays at the stop value when sweep stops.
ON: Returns to the bias value when sweep stops.
OFF: Stays at the stop value when sweep stops.
MEM Makes memory-related settings.
M.SAVE Saves the set memory data.
The saved data is loaded at power ON.
M.LOAD Loads the saved memory data.
M.CLR Clears (Initializes) the saved memory data.
TEMP Makes thermal electromotive force output function-related set-
tings.
NOTE: This function is available on the 6156 only.
TC.OUT Sets the thermal electromotive force output function to ON or
OFF.
ON: Sets the thermal electromotive force output function to
ON.
OFF: Sets the thermal electromotive force output function to
OFF.
