3.2.6 OPR/SUSPEND Key (Operate/Suspend)
Operate OPR key: Switches between Operate and Suspend.
Turns the output status ON and the OPR indicator turns on.
Suspend Sets the output to HiZ or LoZ without turning OFF the output relays.
The OPR indicator blinks.
HiZ: High impedance status. Displayed as :H.
LoZ: Low impedance status. Displayed as :L.
3.2.7 POLARITY+ Key (Source Value Polarity and Zero)
Sets the polarity of the source value to positive.
The absolute value of the source value does not change by changing the polarity.
3.2.8 POLARITY 0 Key (Source Value Polarity and Zero)
Sets the source value to zero level.
Outputs zero level during Operate. The source range does not change.
3.2.9 POLARITY- Key (Source Value Polarity and Zero)
Sets the polarity of the source value to negative.
The absolute value of the source value does not change by changing the polarity.
3.2.10 PRGM MODE Key (Switching to and Releasing Memory Recall/Sweep Source)
Selects the program function. Pressing this key switches the mode.
DC source mode Sets the DC source mode that generates DC voltage or DC current.
Memory recall mode Sets the mode that recalls and executes the setting memory data.
There are the following three types of scan mode.
Hold scan
Single scan
Repeat scan
