4.2.5 Source Function
This section describes restrictions on the source function and operations.
4.2.5.1 Source Mode, Source Function and Setting Parameters
The following shows relationships between the source-related setting parameters.
(*1) The limit values are shared by voltage source and thermal electromotive force source.
(*2) The memory source values are shared by voltage source, current source and thermal electromotive
force source.
1. For DC source, the VS and IS parameters can be changed regardless of the functions currently set.
2. For sweep source, only function parameters currently set are changeable.
