2.3.2 Sweep Source Mode

2.3.2.2.2 Executing Single Sweep
This section describes the procedures with the following settings:
• Source function: current
• Sweep start value: 0.0001 mA
• Sweep stop value: 0.01 mA
• Sweep step value: 0.0001 mA
• Sweep bias value: 0 mA
1. Press PRGM MODE twice on the HOME screen to set the sweep source mode.
The bias value of the currently set source function appears.
If the program mode is switched in Operate status, the output status will become
Standby.
Example using the 6156
2. Press SCAN MODE several times to set the single sweep mode.
When the single sweep mode is set, "SingLE" is displayed for about a second.
3. Press V/I to set the source function to current.
The bias value of current source appears.
4. Press OPR to set the output status to Operate.
