Installation Procedure
• Unplug the machine power cord before starting the following procedure.
1. Remove the strips of tape.
2. Remove the left scale [A] ( x 2).
3. Place
the DF exposure glass [B] on the glass holder. Make sure that the white mark [C] is on the bottom
at the front end.
4. Peel off the backing [D] of the double-sided tape attached to the rear side of the scale guide [E], then
install the scale guide (
x 2 [removed in step 2]).
5.
Install the two stud screws [F].
6. Mount the ADF on the copier, and then slide it to the front.
