Site Requirements
A suitable environment is important to ensure optimal performance of the
entire system for automated dissolution testing. The components are designed
for indoor use only in a clean lab environment.
All components required for your system must be available. For the
dissolution testing equipment refer to the supplier’s documentation.
General Considerations
Power Consideration
The peristaltic pumps 1FS, 1VS and 8VS and the valve-pump controller are
available in two versions for line voltages of 100 - 120 V AC or 220 - 240 V AC.
Before you connect your device to a power outlet, make sure your device
version is in coincidence with your line voltage supply.
Make sure your Agilent spectroscopy system is installed and qualified before you add your
dissolution sampling system.
Only use the equipment as described and specified in this handbook. If used in a
manner not specified by Agilent, protection of the equipment may be impaired.
