Specifications
Valve unit
The valve unit gets its power from the valve-pump controller. Up to four valve
units can be connected to a single valve pump controller.
NOTE
Connect the valve unit to the valve-pump controller only by the controller-to-valve cable
(PN 5062-2407) provided by Agilent.
