System Description and General Operation
Injection Sequence
1 Default condition prior to injection:
• Injection valve in the Inject position
• Vial in carousel
• Syringe at mid point
2 Sample loaded
• Valve switched to load position
• Vial lifted to needle
• Syringe sucks 800 μL from the vial to fill the loop and partially fills the
overflow loop
