Scan Monitoring
Video and audio of multiple pre-configured stations or network cameras can be monitored, automatically and in order.
This function can be configured in
“Monitor Settings (→page 126)”.
For stations without cameras, only audio monitoring will be performed. IX-MV7-*, IX-MV and VoIP phones cannot be
monitored.
Audio of the station that initiates monitoring cannot be heard by the other party during monitoring. However, the other
person may be notified that they are being monitored (a notification tone or flashing LED), depending on the
configuration of the other station. It may not possible to monitor the other station when the chime is playing on this
station, or when the other station is placing a call, receiving a call, receiving a page, or during communication
depending on the settings.
