GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE INSTALLATION OF THE
MACHINE
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS TRANSPORTATION
We recommend you to transport the machine with a water-proof cover that would prevent
affecting of the machine by weather conditions.
Place the heavy part of the machine (reducer) to the front side of truck bed. Thus, normal
driving stability shall be provided. (Figure 1).
Ensure that machine is correctly placed after loading the machine. Place supporting legs to
the moving parts if required.
In order to secure the machine on the ground tap it to the ground from 4 corners with a
wooden part as shown in figure 2.

TRANSPORTATION AND PLACEMENT OF THE MACHINE
Always use a high capacity crane and synthetic ropes to lift the machine. Check the lifting
capacity of the ropes by comparing it with the machine weight.
Bring the lower roll to the upmost level and attach to the lower and upper roll as shown in
the figure with a synthetic rope to lift the machine.
CAUTION:
If the lower roll does not come to the upmost level, reducer will be damaged.
