ADJUSTMENT OF INTERNAL PRESSURE
There are three types of hydraulic pressure in the machine.
• Pressure adjustment to rotate the upper ROLL
• Pressure adjustment to provide up and down movement of side rolls
• Pressure adjustment for lower rolls
Pressure adjustment of upper, lower and side rolls are fixed.
Changes in the following setting are strictly forbidden. Otherwise, machine shall be heavily
damaged because of this. You may observe the rotation pressure value of the upper ROLL.
Lower roll pressure is adjusted by the pressure safety value near the manometer (C). D may
be adjusted by manometer D.
Lower roll pressure value shall be determined by testing the quality, thickness and harshness
of the metal to be bent.
