No
Is there a fill step
programmed?
No
Clean inlet screens
and re-test.
Yes
Run Factory Test.
Yes
Add/edit a fill step
in programming.
No
Check continuity
between the following
connections During
Hot or Cold Tub Fill.
(A)
Hot Tub Fill: on AP1,
is there 24VDC
between H9-9 and
H9-13?
(B)
Cold Tub Fill: on
AP1, is there 24VDC
between H9-10 and
H9-13?
Yes
Replace AP1.
No
(A1, B1)
Ensure plugs are
attached to the
valves and re-check
voltages at the
valves. Is voltage
present at valves?
Yes
Replace AP1.
No
Replace mixing valve.
Yes
Check wiring between
valve and AP1.
Replace if needed.
No
